WEALTH FOR THE RIGHTEOUS RESOURCE CENTER (WFTR-RC) is a financial literacy ministry that empowers consumers to better manage their personal finances, preserve and protect their assets, and build and transfer wealth.
Financial information and tools pertaining to consumer and family finance, saving and investing, retirement planning and employee benefits are communicated through the Center’s publications, website, webinars/workshops, public service announcements, and social media. Community outreach to increase the financial literacy of individuals, families and communities is achieved through partnership with churches, organizations, and businesses via the Center’s principal publication, Wealth for the Righteous quarterly newsletter.
Wealth for the Righteous Resource Center is a mission partner of the American Savings Education Council (http://www.asec.org), sponsor of the Choose to Save® public service campaign (www.choosetosave.org), and a member of the Christian Small Publishers Association.
About the Founder
Mary Craft is the founder and director of Wealth for the Righteous Resource Center (WFTR-RC) and editor of its quarterly newsletter, Wealth for the Righteous. She is a certified financial educator through the Institute for Financial Literacy (http://www.financiallit.org).
Prior to leaving employment to establish WFTR-RC, Mary worked in the financial services industry as a registered representative (FINRA Series 6 and 63) for several broker-dealers and as an insurance agent for a national company. She has considerable expertise in retirement planning having counseled participants in both public and private sector retirement plans.
Mary is passionate about helping others understand the financial systems in which they routinely operate so that they can make decisions in the marketplace that promote their financial well-being. As a Christian, Mary seeks to enlighten the faith community to the connection between their finances and their faith. Biblical financial principles that address earning, spending, saving and investing, and giving and teachings on wealth and prosperity are communicated through the Center’s publications and website.
